If you are using OE2003 how do you upload results generated in OE2003 to Eventor, since it requires results in XML format.

Eventor has an option to upload data from a spreadsheet. In Data Exchange, click on the drop-down in "Upload result list".

That area you paste into requires the data in a different column order to the OE2003.csv, but as you are probably aware, as soon as you put data into Excel, it messes up the times.

There is a web-page at http://sportident.itsdamp.com/oe2eventor.php which has been (freshly) written to get around this problem. Just paste the OE2003 ouput into here and it should create the data to paste into Eventor.
