Using the same set of control, how do I set up the courses in MEOS to allocate points to finishers in a 'score' class and at the same time check the sequence of controls for finsihers in a normal class with sequentail control order?

YES - any control created with a 'status' of 'rogaining' on the Controls screen will do double duty and either award it's points or be check the sequence of course controls, depending on the course the competitor is allocated to.
